I process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Implementation Act (UAVG) for the following purposes:

  • Contact: Your information is used to respond to your inquiries regarding process automation and workflow improvement via phone, email, contact form, SMS, or social media. For example, if you submit a query through my website contact form seeking guidance on automating your business processes, I use the provided data to address your inquiry effectively.
  • Newsletter: If you subscribe, your email is used to send updates on the latest trends in process automation. I may share insights or strategies aimed at streamlining your workflows. • Quotes: I use the provided business and personal data you share with me to tailor my consultation recommendations. For example, if you request advice on optimizing workflow processes, I use the provided information to offer tailored suggestions and guide you on the specific consultancy needs for your business.
  • Agreements: For one-on-one consultation services, I use your data to manage and fulfill my contractual obligations. If you engage my services for personalized guidance on enhancing your business processes, I create custom quotes and utilize your data to administer the necessary agreements specific to the scope of the one-on-one consultation services. These additional agreements may go beyond the default terms and conditions. For course purchases, default terms and conditions apply, and your data is handled in accordance with those standard terms.
  • Invoicing: I process data for invoicing purposes and retain it for 8 years due to administrative obligations. Your billing information is used to generate and send invoices for the process automation consultation services provided, and records are maintained for legal and accounting purposes.

4. Transfer of personal data

I may share your personal data with the following third-party service providers for the purposes outlined in Section 3. Each of these providers is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to ensure the protection and lawful processing of your information:

  • Hosting Service (Webflow): My website is hosted by Webflow, providing the infrastructure for my online presence. Webflow will only receive information submitted through the forms on my website.
  • CRM System (ActiveCampaign): I utilize ActiveCampaign as my Customer Relationship Management system to manage and streamline interactions with my leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Integration Service (Make, formerly Integromate): Make helps transfer Webflow newsletter signups to ActiveCampaign and ensures seamless integration between platforms. Additionally, when you purchase a course through Stripe, Make processes your information to grant you access to the course(s) and shares your email address with Webflow to facilitate course access invitations, while also aiding in creating an invoice in Moneybird based on the information provided in Stripe.
  • Mail Servers (ActiveCampaign, Apple iCloud): Emails sent to and from me are processed through ActiveCampaign and Apple iCloud.
  • Phone Service (Odido): My telephone communications are facilitated by Odido.
  • Payment Services (Stripe, Moneybird Payments): For secure payment processing during course payments, I exclusively use Stripe. Make facilitates the transfer of payment information from Stripe to Moneybird, where an invoice is generated. This invoice is subsequently sent to the buyer. For one-on-one consulting services, payments are processed through Moneybird Payments. Make ensures the integration of payment details into Moneybird to create and send invoices to the respective buyers. These processes are designed to streamline financial transactions and ensure efficient invoicing for the services provided.
  • Administrative and Tax Services (Dallinga Administration): Your financial data (only after you purchase something) may be shared with Dallinga Administration for administrative and tax-related purposes. These third-party service providers may process your personal data on my behalf and are contractually obligated to implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.
